Installation and other fees

Installation costs start at $225. Depending on your location and specific circumstances, your UpNetWI installation and service may incur other costs. For questions or a customized quote, please contact us.

  • Non-penetrating roof mount installation: $250
  • Trenching: $150 (only for wireless customers, as needed)
  • Service call: $75 (caused by user-end error or damage), $0 (no fault)
  • Point-to-point installation: $300+
  • Paper invoice mailed to your home: $5 per month
  • Dedicated IP address: $10 per month per address
  • Managed router: main router and 1 extender included in installation fee (WIFI 5). $47.95 + tax each additional WIFI 5 node and $69.95 + tax each additional WIFI 6 node
  • Vacation mode: reconnection fee $20 for 1 month or $40 for 2 + months.

What to expect

Fiber Installation
  • Make sure to be home during your installation window
  • Your technician will run fiber from an exterior pedestal into your home
  • Your technician will get your router connected to a fiber modem and set up
  • At a later date, UpNetWI will bury the cable running from the pedestal into your home
Wireless Installation
  • Make sure to be home during your installation window
  • Your technician will get your router set up and help to ensure the placement is ideal for maximum WIFI coverage
